We had our total a/c system replaced today. The installers were on time as was the crane operator. The installation went very smoothly and Tito and Mark were very proficient and friendly. They answered all of my questions and explained everything. They also cleaned out our ducts and we are now looking forward to better air. Tito & Mark cleaned up the house after the installation and left right when they said that the job would be completed.

We had our new A/C unit installed today and I am thoroughly impressed with Air America from their initial sale to the final installation. We called Air America based on the recommendation of our neighbor and met initally with Joe Nicolosi who answered all our questions honestly and negotiated fairly for the hardware and services we were to receive. The installers, Doug Martin and Tito Fred, arrived exactly as scheduled, installed the air handler in a very tricky location in the attic, were very professional and went beyond and above to make sure we were satisfied. With Special Thanks to Pat, who handled the Proposal and Contract with such care and concern, and Doug Martin and Tito who arrived ’punctual at 8 am and handled the installation of the NEW A/C with ease added with their wonderful and caring expertise. I had the AC installed today, I am very pleased with the new system and the work your guys did.
I have a question from what I see in the attic apparently the drain pan was not reconnected to the drain line. This was part of the work they were supposed to do.
I hope I am not wrong, but the pan is not connected to any drain line, the old one is cut and not reconnected from what I see.

Just wanted to let everyone know how pleased I am about Air America and their work force. Joe Nicolosi sold me a trane AC and Doug and Mark installed it. The house is freezing and I am a cool customer . Joe was so knowledgeable in handling my questions because i am an average consumer who was full of fear.
Most of the fear was put in my head by Joe’s competitors who told me how tough this installation would be because of the stand on my roof. As soon as Doug and Mark arrived they told me not to worry and that it would be a relatively seamless transition from taking my old Heil off the roof and installing my new Trane.
They made it look easy although I was nervous watching the crane maneuver. Go with Air America. These guys are pros.

I am really surprise with the service that I received from Air America. I usually am on my guard because like many contractors, they always try to stiff you. Air America kept their word, was here on time and performed their contract to the T, without trying to add additional cost. It’s only been a couple of hours of using the new A/C, but I am please with everyone at Air America, but specially please with Mark and Doug, who installed the new A/C unit. Air America, please stay loyal and focus on customers and I don’t see how you cannot be successful because please customer like me will certainly take the time to tell others.

I had a 3 1/2 ton 16 seer trane unit install in my house. From day one Joe was honest and very respectful of my home. He came with facts and quality service about the A/C unit I would need for my home. When his staff was done they clean up after the installation, left my home the way they seen it when they came in to my home. Air America has been great from the moment I called them after Hurricane Wilma till now. Hurricane Wilma took my a/c unit right off my roof. I was deserate for an a/c unit and to be honest in a tough spot because I needed it right away. From the first phone call ( and I called many that day) I knew I wasn’t being taken. Everyone was professional and made sure that I was happy with not only the job but the price. Just had a Trane 3 1/2 ton unit installed in my home. I shopped around and got several quotes. We had our new unit installed yesterday and I would be remiss if I didn’t let you know what a great job the guys did. They were friendly and knowledgable, but most importantly, they were incredibly thorough…much more than I expected. We replaced a 4 ton Rheem with a 4 ton Rheem, so I wasn’t expecting to notice a whole lot of difference to back when the old unit was new. Was I wrong!!! The outside unit is smaller and much quieter. The guys really took the time to fit the air handler in place. They didn’t try to fit a square peg into a round hole, which is what we got last time we bought a unit. The air flow through the vents is much stronger and I can actually hear the whoosh of the air being sucked through the intake! I’m sure the technology is better that it was on our old unit, however, I really feel that the guys took their time to custom fit this unit into my home. I got much more than I expected and in this day and age, that is pleasantly surprising! Thank you for a job well done!!!

I unfortunately got confused with all the paperwork provided to me by my client and had noticed a pattern of incorrect calculations by this other local A/C company.
Unfortunately, I got confused by the names of the companies when looking at my paperwork and writing the email. I used your email address accidentally. Joe Nicolosi was extremely professional and was correct in his calculations for the air conditioner unit for my family and will call once we are ready to order. I like to commend Alberto Calderon for a job well done. He was very professional & work fast & efficient. He was very cooperative; explained in detail what the problem pertaining to my air condition unit and he isolated the trouble & fixed it with a smile. Unfortunately, I had several problems—Alberto, diagnose the problems & proceeded to make the repairs. He advised that he needed to check the outside unit & this is where my initial trouble lied. It appeared I had a hole & was leaking coolant & this is why the house was not getting cool.
Without his knowledge & the ability to troubleshoot, this could have cost me much more.
I can’t thank Alberto enough & felt the need to let others know of his work ethics.

The price was right, far superior price! We received four (4) different estimates from other local companies, and Air America’s pricing was far superior to the other’s we received. Our new Trane Air Conditionier was about $1000.00 less than the quote we received from Home Depot!
Air America was very helpful in picking the right equipment, they told us exactly what was going to happen to our old unit and it died exactly when they said it would! The quality of the workmanship was right!

We ordered 3 TRANES of 5Ton size for Our office building. We had requested quotes and the same information from approx. 5 AC companies along with Our regular AC guys.
Air America was the most professional, pompt, thorough and courteous. They gave us honest answers to all our questions and were highly knowledgeable. We were treated very fair. They arrived on time, brought all proper equipment, installed the units with the least disruption to our building tenants, used great care in protecting our new membrane roof and removed all debris.
They offered us both the extended warratnty as well as the maintenance service which we accepted. They also schedule the service and called ahead to let us know they were coming, which makes this very easy and again shows professionalism and great customer service!
I had never had such great service! Our old AC people would let us hang for days before giving quotes, or coming by. They often fixed a problem to then leave the premises without informing us of the issues. They also overcharged us (nearly twice the price!!!). Air America always comes first, does work, then Visits with us to inform us of all issues or to let us know everything. They do a walk—thru and check everything, included the other older AC units! We are definetly surprised and happy to have such a great new AC company for our office building. I can only highly recommend them!
I no longer deal with my old AC people “Del Raton” due to lack of promptness and unfair pricing, though we had been with them over 10 years! Air America is much better!!! I give them an A+.
