    Your company installed a brand-new Trane air conditioning unit last Wednesday, February 18. The installation team did not have the FPL rebate forms with them. Please send us the form as soon as you can.

    We also requested a box of filters for that same unit to be sent to us.

    We are quite pleased with the service from your company. Scott Humphrey from sales and the two men from the installation team were pleasant and efficient. We will gladly recommend your company to our associates, friends and neighbors.

    I had an appt with Air America set for Saturday at 9:00 am and they showed up about 15 minutes early. The techs that came were named Tito and Mark and they were great. I appreciated that they took great care for my property and cleaned up after themselves. Also, there were absolutely no surprises; exactly what they said on price and time of installation is exactly what it was. My wife and I were very impressed with the service and professionalism. I can’t give enough praise for the work they did.
    Both Tito and Mark were fantastic and my wife and I are extremely pleased. If ever I need service, PLEASE send one of those 2 guys. Happy New Year!

    Well don’t you know its right before Christmas ,and boom there went my A/c.
    Must say not the best timing, however Air America to the rescue.A pleasure
    dealing with them,Joe the salesrep, to the two guys who installed the unit.
    I was so impressed. They were so intricate with their time, and it did take
    all day. They were a pleasure I invited them back now that doesn’t happen
    often I want to Thank everyone to ………all a Wonderful Holiday

    Have worked off and on with Air America over the years. Had a AC drainage issue that after repair flared up again less than two weeks later, after-hours on a weekend. Great service happens when things to wrong not when they go right and Air America came through for me. No Charge, on the weekend they corrected the problem and couldn’t have been nicer about it. I’m a raving fan.

    Explained to Me $19.95 ad in paper for check up was performed & more that is why the charge was more than the $19.95. Tech actually performed the check up he saw in the ad & did a maintenance. Since he purchased the ppm he also reduced the price of the maintenance. I praised tech Chuck about being polite, fair, clean, kind etc… Very, very happy with Chuck and was happy with the service and our company. I would recommend Air America to my friends. I am a dinosaur & don’t use computers but hearing it directly from the horse’s mouth is much better anyway.

    Hello Brad,
    Just to let you know that both your service man just completed the removal of my old unit and installing the new one. They did a great job, they protected the carpets with tarps and after completion they pick up even the smallest pieces that were dropped on the floor.
    The air handler is much more quiet than the previous one.
    So thank them properly.
    Also it was a pleasure dealing with you, you are professional salesman.

    We want to share our comments on our new installation of a Rheem a/c last week.
    First, Brad was very professional and his follow up was excellent. He was knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions.
    He represents you very well.
    The installers – Tito and Mark – were excellent. They arrived on time and the work was done quickly with very little interruption for us. They were also very professional. The work was neat and they explained everything to us. The garage was left in perfect condition. They worked together very well – they’re a very good team.
    All in all this was a very positive experience.
    We could not get these comments posted on the website but wanted to make sure you see our comments.

    Thank you to Joe Nicolosi for a great job, explaining the selection and installation of an Airconditioning unit. One day after the order were placed, the installation was done in a timely and professional manner. Both technician were very courteous and instructive.

    Expressing our praise for the Air America employees, Michael (Service Tech/Rep) who evaluated our A/C problems on 10/31/13 and enabled us to purchase an entire new unit (Compressor + air handler) which was installed the next day (11/1) by Jacques and Ronell (sp?). Each of these employees were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and in general a pleasure to deal with. They are a credit to your Company. Thank you.

    I had a new AC installed on Sat and I want to complement your company and your employees from Marc the salesman to Ben and Travis the installers. Marc was very helpfull, honest and detailed in explaining all about what I needed and what I would be getting. Ben and Travis were very thorough and very good customer service.     Just had my 6 month checkup on my ac and want to let you know how pleased I am with the service dept. A gentleman by the name of JR from the Broward County office checked my ac today. He did and excellent job, checking all aspects of the ac equipment. I just believe this man should be commended for his work and kindness. He is an asset to Air America.

    Dear Air America,
    On September 7, 2013, our family was proud to become an “Air America” customer through Home Depot.
    We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Ashley who was very pleasant and professional on the phone when making our appointment for an A/C replacement unit for my mom (Aida Artanis). The appointment was scheduled for 6:00pm – 8:00pm, but Ashley was able to have someone there sooner. Thank you Ashley!
    Additionally, we appreciated her sending us Mr. Joe Nicolosi to assist with the estimate quote for my mom. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and humorous, which made the process easier for all of us.
    It’s very difficult living so far away from my mom and having to help her make decision from a distance with any major break downs. Mr. Nicolosi graciously agreed to speak with my husband and I on speaker phone to allow us to hear what was needed and what the process would be if “Air America” was given the job. He was able to answer our questions and gave us additional information that we would not have known to ask. He made all of us feel comfortable and assured us that the installation would be professionally done. Thank you Joe!
    So far our experience with “Air America” has been a positive one and we look forward to the completion of the process on Tuesday, September 10, 2013.

    I just wanted to thank you so much for your help with our air conditioner. You’re office was concerned with our situation and had some one at our home the next morning. At 7:35AM my husband noticed your truck outside and Rudy said he was going to wait until 8:00 AM to ring our bell. My husband told him to come in. Rudy was very professional and very clean. Although our air conditioner is not new he had it working within one hour. We would recommend you to anyone and will use you again.

    I just had Steve Levine at my home giving me a quote on a complete air-conditioning unit. He checked my old one and explain what I needed. He was very informative and knowledgeable which made me sign the contact to have a new unit installed next week. He was very nice and professional.

    I recently purchased an air conditioner from Air America. My consultant was Steve Levine. He was the fourth representative I had spoken to regarding a new unit. Not only was Steve knowledgeable but also professional and extremely courteous. I was very pleased with the customer service I receive and would surely recommend this company. Incidentally, their prices were also more competitive than the others.

    I want to thank you for your excellent customer service! We had our system replaced yesterday. Brad Knee was very responsive to our request and provided excellent customer service in satisfying all of our concerns and needs. I called him about 8am , he was at my house by 10am and had the installers there by 2pm…Unbelievable quick service! The installers, Doug Martin and Jermaine were very professional and courteous. The young man, Brandon, who delivered the equipment was also extremely courteous.

    Once again you guys have saved the day. You came over last week or so to discuss our new a/c and the next day, your two quite professional installers, Doug and Jermaine, came over and did a wonderful job. I didn’t tell you we had a horrible company come by the day before and said as they walked in the door, “I’m here to take your money,” and after 5 minutes, literally, quoted me with a 5 ton a/c, (an unnecessary size at the end of the day) for this house.

    Well, yesterday the a/c circuit breaker started sparking up and the unit stopped working. In my husbands’ frenzy, he called some service and they sent two thugs over. A bodybuilder and some other guy (I’m not sure what they were trying to enforce or do, but it their language and demeanor was uncomfortable with a small child in the house). They ripped out our panel, shut our electricity, quoted us some outrageous price, stole one of our breakers and left. Yay!

    Desperate, we called you guys again to get a recommendation for a REAL electrician. Thankfully, Scott sent out Billy, who explained everything (the other guys said we had to break the ‘concrete’ wall with an added cost. The wall by the way, is not concrete, it’s gypsum board/sheet rock). Billy has now been assigned to the job, and is working on it now as I’m typing this. It is three o’clock and that we have been without power since nine this morning (did I mention it was scorcher today in South Florida?). As we know this panel is quite dated, and it needs to be replaced, it goes without saying that we will call you guys (your guys) to do the work in the near future.

    We have not been able to get all these words on the website, but you are more than welcome to cut and paste this.

    Thanks to everyone in the office as I know it takes a great team to keep up the professionalism. We appreciate it.

    This year, I went on the market for a brand new A/C system for my house. I said to myself, I will give an honest opportunity to multiple companies and pick the best quality work and most honest company. So the project began. Setting up appointments with different a/c companies on a daily basis for two weeks straight. Total of approximately 8 quotes! My decision was not based on price, but quality work performed by a reputable company. Only one company stood over all!
    It all started with a big smile the second he walked in. Evaluation, presentation, explanation and options. He did not miss a beat! Every question I had, he made sure it was answered and understood. His level of customer service was second to none! Once presentation was done. Air America were the chosen ones! I felt extremely comfortable choosing the top of the line system and adding the 10 year labor warranty. After all, it was a big investment ($6k) and big decision for my house.
    This gentleman is a true asset to your company and deserves recognition for his outstanding dedication to his customers and professionalism. He is the main reason I hired Air America to do the right job! Please be sure to share this with your staff as others may be motivated by his example of true professionalism, passion and dedication.     MY 16 YR.OLD A/C UNIT DIED OF OLD AGE AND SO I REFERRED TO THE YELLOW PAGES AND FOUND THE AD FOR AIR AMERICA A/C AND HEATING. I CALLED, EXPLAINED MY PROBLEM AND THE COMPANY HAD A REPAIR MAN AT MY HOME THAT SAME DAY.HE EXAMINED THE BOTH UNITS AND DETERMINED THAT THEY WERE BEYOND REPAIR. THE NEXT DAY A REPRESENTATIVE FROM THE COMPANY CAME TO MY HOME, AND HE GAVE ME THE NECESSARY INFORMATION ABOUT A NEW RHEEM A/C . HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. SEVERAL DAYS LATER I CONTACTED HIM, AND TOLD HIM TO PROCEED WITH THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION. THE FOLLOWING DAY HE AGAIN CAME TO MY HOME TO HAVE ME SIGN THE CONTRACT, AND THE NEXT DAY TWO GENTLEMEN CAME TO MY HOME AT THE EXACT TIME AS PROMISED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND IMMEDIATELY STARTED THE REMOVAL OF THE OLD UNIT AND THE INSTALLATION OF THE NEW ONE. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT WAS OUTLINED IN MY CONTRACT, AND THEY FINISHED THE INSTALLATION IN THE PRESCRIBED TIME.
    >THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THEIR DEBRIS, AND WOULDN’T LET ME DO ANY CLEANUP. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH THE AIR AMERICA COMPANY , INCLUDING THE OFFICE STAFF AND ALL OF THE ASSOCIATES ,HAS BEEN MOST REMARKABLE.     We go to Air America for all our Air Conditioning Needs and being that we own alot of properties, we use them often? Had to call them today due to a problem in one of our units and the person my husband normally speaks to was unavailable. Fortunately, Gloria answered the phone and was EAGER to help!! WOW!!
